One of my homemade pizza dough recipes should make four regular calzones or 8 small calzones. Roll each portion into a circle for filling.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add your favorite filling combinations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fold over and seal the dough. Cut the dough to allow steam to escape as it bakes. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Brush the top of the dough with olive oil and sprinkle with <a href=\"https:\/\/addapinch.com\/stone-house-seasoning-recipe\/\">Stone House Seasoning<\/a> and Parmesan cheese (optional but recommended). <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bake at 475\u00ba&nbsp;F until golden brown, about 15 minutes for small calzones. The time to cook depends on the size of the calzone.
